We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 3 working days of receiving it, if we have the item in stock. When we need to make the item, it can take up to 1 week to make before dispatch. We will contact you when this occurs.

We accept Ideal, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Klarna Pay Now, SEPA, Paypal, Giropay, Bancontact, Belfius, KBC, Przelewy24.

We are unable to make changes to your order after you have placed it. Therefore please make sure you are happy with your choice before you click ‘Complete Order’.

We recommend that you track your parcel using the tracking number received in your shipment email to follow it on its journey to you. The international delivery timeframe depends on which country the package has been shipped to. It can take 2-3 business days after dispatch for the tracking to be activated.

Yes, we ship worldwide

Don’t worry, the postal service should have left a card telling you how to collect your parcel or re-arrange a delivery. Please check the tracking link for more information.

If you missed the timeframe in which you have been instructed to collect your parcel, it might have been returned to us. It can take up to 8 weeks for an international return to reach us. Once it has been received, we will notify you by email to organize a redelivery (you will need to pay for additional postage costs). If we are unsuccessful in reaching you and/or you don’t respond within 7 days, you will be issued with an automatic refund (excluding postage costs), of which you will be notified via email.

International Pricing and Delivery

This will depend on where you live and the amount of your order. Please check your countries customs for the exact amount. If you live within the European Union, you will not be charged duties and taxes.

At this time, it is only possible to view pricing and buy in EUROS.

The prices you see in our webshop are based on the Dutch prices including 21% VAT (the Dutch VAT). Once you have added your item to the cart and enter the checkout, you will need to fill in your shipping address. Based on your shipping address, our website will calculate the correct price for your country.

The price can therefor be higher or lower than the price shown in our webshop.

For instance: You see the price of 15 euros and live in the US. Once you have filled in your address in the check out, the price will change to 12,40 euros (because there is a 0% VAT charge).
Or you see the price of 15 euros and you live in Hungary, then you will see a price of 19,05 euros (because there is a 27% VAT charge)

All the earrings are handmade by us in our studio in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

We draw everything ourselves, laser cut them in our own studio and then turn them into earrings.

Yes, they are! Jaimie has sensitive ears herself, so we only use silver- and gold-plated in the best quality out there.

No, these don’t exist. We think our prices are fair and based on the amount of work involved in handcrafting each earring and all the extra costs of running a small business.

Yes, we do. If you have a bricks and mortar store and/or an online store where our items fit in and are interested in becoming a reseller of Funky Chaos, send us an email at info@funky-chaos.com. It does not matter where in the world you are located ^^

We draw the designs ourselves and have our own sticker printer in our studio in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Our ability to create custom orders depends on our workload. Please feel free to contact us to see if we can make a custom order for you.


Local Pick Up

Local Pick Up

Yes, we offer a local order pick up from our studio in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. You can choose pick up in Eindhoven when checking out and Jaimie will contact you to make a pick up appointment with you.

When your local pick-up order is ready to collect, you will receive an email with all the information you need.

If the product ordered is in stock, you should receive a pickup email during the following business day.

If you haven’t received a collection email by the end of the business day following the order placement, please contact us to follow up by sending us an email at info@funky-chaos.com
